Waiake

A front garden which did not link to its surroundings was developed to bring in the sand of the beach across the road through coloured concrete, sympathetic colours of stone and timber to allow the area to be more functional yet aesthetic, with an outdoor shower to wash off after a swim or water sports at the beach.
